Instructions to Author
Submission of articles:
Authors are invited to submit papers through E-mail editor.ijaerd@gmail.com Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this journal. Paper must be in IJAERD format.
Frequency of publication:
IJAERD is published as a monthly journal with 12 issues per year.
Publication Process:
Step 1: Author will have to upload their paper from Here
Step 2: Editor will check a Manu script and send to reviewer panel with their domain.
Step 3: Reviewer panel evaluate paper and send their view (Accepted/Modification required/Rejected) to editor.
Step 4: Editorial board will notify to author.
Step 5: Author will change their modification and resubmit article. Author will pay their publication charges.
Step 6: Send scan copy of the filled copy right form, Payment receipt (cyber receipt) and Final paper copy in .doc or .docx format by mail to editor.
Step 7: Publisher will publish the accepted paper.
Step 8: Editor in chief sends the e-certificate to authors.
Copyright
Authors are also instructed to submit the copyright transfer form once the article is accepted for publication, without which the articles will not be processed. Author can download the copyright transfer form, duly filled form should be submitted to editor@ijaerd.co.in Download Copyright Form The facts and views in the article will be of the authors and they will be totally responsible for authenticity, validity and originality etc. The authors should give an undertaking while submitting the paper that the manuscripts submitted to journal have not been published and have not been simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere and manuscripts are their original work. That if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.
Copyright Infringement
Any claims of copyright infringement should be addressed to the Editor at editor.ijaerd@gmail.com bearing the subject line "Copyright Infringement". The claim must be sufficed by documented evidence supporting the same version as being published or copyrighted or patented by the aggrieved party before the date of publication of the concerned IJAERD article. On receipt of the claim, the IJAERD Board, if found deemed, shall inform the IJAERD author to provide an explanation; the discussion of which shall be transparent to both parties.
The IJAERD Board reserves the sole rights to decide the validity of any such claims. After deliberation, if the claim is found justified, the concerned manuscript will be removed from all IJAERD archives and servers. Any subsequent print copies of the concerned issue will not contain the article. In case, the changes required are minimal such as inclusion of references, the authors will be intimated to do the required amendments according to the IJAERD article correction policies. The alternative version shall undergo peer-review as any other general submission and shall be published in the same issue (number) of the concerned volume. Any claims on copyright will be addressed with the highest priority. A revert mail will be dispatched within 3 working days provided the claim is supported with documented evidence.
