The main objective of this thesis is to identify optimum parameter for micro drilling oncarbide (K20) material using Micro EDM. To achieve this first experiments are performed by fullfactorial design. DOE is used for full factorial design. Output parameters like MRR, EWR andTaperness are calculated from experimental result. These parameters are compared with each other forfinding our optimum values of parameters. With the help of ANOVA percentage contribution ofprocess parameter on output parameters is generated using MINITAB 16 software. Finally, fromANOVA plot optimum value are found out and noted.
