📋 Eligibility & Originality
- ✓Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- ✓The work must not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
- ✓All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research.
- ✓Corresponding author must obtain consent from all co-authors.
- ✓Plagiarism check mandatory — similarity must be below 15%.
📄 Manuscript Format
- ✓Use the IJAERD Paper Format Template (available in Downloads).
- ✓Paper length: 4 to 12 pages including figures, tables, and references.
- ✓Font: Times New Roman, 10pt body | 14pt Bold title. Page size: A4, 1-inch margins, double-column.
- ✓Abstract: 200–300 words summarizing objectives, methods, and results.
- ✓Keywords: 4–6 keywords separated by commas.
- ✓All figures and tables must be numbered and captioned.
- ✓Equations must be numbered sequentially: (1), (2), etc.
📚 References
- ✓Use IEEE referencing style throughout the manuscript.
- ✓Minimum 10 references; at least 4 from the last 5 years.
- ✓All cited references must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
- ✓Web references must include URL and date of access.
- ✓Max 20% self-citation of total references.
📤 Submission
- ✓Paper file: PDF, DOC, or DOCX. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
- ✓Copyright form: Must be signed by all authors and uploaded as PDF.
- ✓Submit online via the paper submission form on this website.
- ✓One submission per manuscript — no duplicate submissions.
🔄 Review Process
- ✓All papers undergo double-blind peer review by two independent experts.
- ✓Initial plagiarism screening completed within 2 working days.
- ✓Full review decision communicated within 7–14 working days.
- ✓Revision must be resubmitted within 7 days of revision request.
- ✓Final acceptance confirmed by the Editor-in-Chief.
💳 Publication Fee
- ✓Fee charged ONLY after acceptance — not at submission.
- ✓Indian Authors: ₹1,500 per paper.
- ✓International Authors: USD 50 per paper.
- ✓Payment via UPI, NEFT, IMPS (India) or PayPal (International).
- ✓Upload payment receipt via the Upload Receipt page after acceptance.
- ✓No fee is charged for rejected papers.
