📢 Call for Papers — Volume 12, Issue 4 (April 2026) | Submission Deadline: March 30, 2026 | Rapid peer review: 7–14 days | Impact Factor: 7.37 (SJIF 2024)

📋 Eligibility & Originality

✓ Papers must be original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere.
✓ The work must not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
✓ All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research.
✓ Corresponding author must disclose all co-authors and obtain their consent.
✓ Plagiarism check is mandatory — similarity must be below 15%.

📄 Manuscript Preparation

✓ Use the IJAERD Paper Format Template (available in Downloads section).
✓ Paper length: 4 to 12 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
✓ Font: Times New Roman, 10pt for body text. Title: 14pt Bold.
✓ Page size: A4. Margins: 1 inch all sides. Double-column layout.
✓ Abstract: 200–300 words summarizing objectives, methods, and results.
✓ Keywords: 4–6 keywords separated by commas.
✓ All figures and tables must be numbered and have captions.
✓ Equations must be numbered sequentially: (1), (2), etc.

📚 References

✓ Use IEEE referencing style throughout the manuscript.
✓ Minimum 10 references required; at least 4 must be from the last 5 years.
✓ All references cited in text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
✓ Web references must include the URL and date of access.
✓ Avoid excessive self-citation (max 20% of total references).

📤 Submission Requirements

✓ Paper file: PDF, DOC, or DOCX format. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
✓ Copyright form: Must be signed by all authors and uploaded as PDF.
✓ Submit online via the paper submission form on this website.
✓ One submission per manuscript — do not submit duplicate copies.
✓ Queries about submission status must include the Paper ID.

🔄 Review Process

✓ All papers undergo double-blind peer review by two independent experts.
✓ Initial screening (plagiarism check) completed within 2 working days.
✓ Full review decision communicated within 7–14 working days.
✓ Authors may be asked for revisions — revised paper must be resubmitted within 7 days.
✓ Final acceptance confirmed by the Editor-in-Chief.

💳 Publication Fee

✓ Publication fee is charged ONLY after acceptance — not at submission.
✓ Indian Authors: INR 1,500 per paper.
✓ International Authors: USD 50 per paper.
✓ Payment via UPI, NEFT, IMPS (India) or PayPal (International).
✓ Upload payment receipt via the Upload Receipt page after acceptance.
✓ No fee is charged for rejected papers.
