When you submit a paper, we collect your name, email address, institutional affiliation, phone number, paper title, and uploaded files. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only your email address.
Information is used solely for paper processing, peer review coordination, publication, certificate generation, and communication regarding your submission. We do not use your data for marketing without consent.
Your submitted paper is shared with assigned peer reviewers (in anonymized form — double-blind). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
All uploaded files are stored on secure Hostinger servers with SSL encryption. Admin access is protected by multi-factor authentication and session management.
We use session cookies necessary for form submission and admin authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Published paper data is retained indefinitely as part of the permanent academic record. Rejected paper files are deleted after 6 months. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing us.
