When you submit a paper, we collect your name, email, institutional affiliation, phone number, paper title, and uploaded files. Newsletter subscription collects only your email address.
How We Use Your Information
Information is used solely for paper processing, peer review coordination, publication, certificate generation, and submission-related communication. We do not use your data for marketing without consent.
Data Sharing
Your submitted paper is shared with assigned peer reviewers in anonymized form (double-blind). We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
Data Security
All uploaded files are stored on secure servers with SSL encryption. Admin access is protected by password authentication and session management.
Cookies
We use session cookies necessary for form submission and admin authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Data Retention
Published paper data is retained indefinitely as part of the permanent academic record. Rejected paper files are deleted after 6 months. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing us.
