Originality & Copyright
By submitting a paper, authors warrant the work is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Authors affirm all co-authors have approved the submission. Any plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate submission is grounds for immediate rejection or retraction.
Author Rights
Authors retain copyright of their published work. By publishing with IJAERD, authors grant a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in print and electronic formats. Authors may reuse their work in theses, books, or presentations with proper citation.
Publication Fee
Publication fee is due only after acceptance. Non-payment within 7 days of acceptance notice may result in withdrawal of the acceptance offer. Fees are non-refundable once the paper has been published.
Review Process
The editorial board's decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection is final. IJAERD reserves the right to reject any paper that does not meet quality standards, even after initial acceptance, if new information comes to light.
Ethical Standards
Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest. Research involving human subjects must have appropriate ethical approval. Any misconduct (fabrication, falsification, plagiarism) will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the author's institution.
Retraction Policy
Published papers may be retracted if found to contain errors, fabricated data, or plagiarism. Retraction notices will be published in the same or next available issue.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
