This paper is study about the major reasons of cost overrun and lack of time in construction project. Theimportant of this project is after starting a project how the construction professionals can implement the control of cost andtime by measuring to avoid recurrence of problems. This project is pre-requisite for the successful completion of constructionproject. Which it are socio-economic advancement and with the help of knowledge we have asked a question to contractors,supervisor and engineers about how to control the cost of the project with estimation and here we have provided theliterature review that will be used to obtain data from various practitioners. This data will be used to find out the majorreasons causing cost overruns and lack of time periods.
