Abstract
Reinforced concrete is most common material in the world but it become expensive when as reinforcementsteel is used. So this present paper deals with the utilization of bamboo as reinforcement in place of steel. This studyincludes laboratory test of bamboo, cost analysis and limitations of bamboo. The intention of research is to utilizebamboo as a key structural material, for a safe and durable house, which can be affordable by poor people.
