Repository Framework back of Facebook Messages accepting HBase at Scale

Abstract

Facebook messages, combining messages, chat and email in real-time, the first Facebook application for use in
the manufacture of HBase. In this article, we will discuss why we choose HBase for this use case, the first improvements
made to make ready HBase production, engineering and operational challenges along the way, and continuous work we had
to do it again
in production, to improve the efficiency and reliability of HBase. We will also describe some of the other uses cases of HBase
in Facebook.
