Review of effect of geometry & use of Nanofluids on performance of solar still

The world demand for potable water is increasing steadily with growing population. Water desalination using
solar energy is suitable for potable water production from brackish and seawater. As the productivity of solar still
depends on its geometry, basin water temperature, intensity of solar radiation, type of cover used, angle of tilt of cover,
etc. Many researches and development works tried to enhance the productivity of solar stills using different methods
such as changing shapes of solar stills & increasing thermal conductivity of water. In this paper review is done on how
shape of solar still affects the production of water from solar still. Also how various nanofluids affect the performance of
solar still?
