Multi Response Optimization of Powder Mixed EDM of Titanium Alloy using Grey Relational Analysis

Electric Discharge Machining is extensively used for the manufacturing of different components including
complex shapes on the normal materials and even on the hardened materials like ceramics, super alloys and steels.
Considerable work has been done on the EDM in different aspects. Here, in this research paper Titanium alloy has been
tested to determine the response parameters like MRR, TWR & SR when an additive is mixed in the dielectric fluid.
Taguchi L27 has been selected and experiments were conducted to determine the response parameters and then multi
response optimization has been done usingGrey Relational Analysis.
