Abstract

In this work, the comments gathered from online
healthcare forums regarding the disease Psoriasis are
classified as either giving information about the treatments that
have worked and treatments that have not worked or
comments that pose more questions. To do this NLP and
Artificial Neural Network is utilized and the algorithm is found
to be giving better accuracies than SVM and Nave Bayes.
