Conference Hall Booking System Using Android

Abstract

Conference hall booking in need for any company or big business for important meeting purpose or some
multinational companies may need this for on-line meetings. So for this need of Conference hall at the time of meetings is
very necessary. And is not available every time that on time you will get the Conference hall available. so for user we
creating the Android app.The Conference hall Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of conference hall.
This many included the following: accepting and declining meetings, relocating hall, approving conference hall and setup request. Meeting Organizers are responsible to creating and deleting meetings request through the scheduling system.
They are also required to contact the CHM with special requirements. Meeting Participants are required to attend the
meetings during the scheduled time allotted, leave the Conference hall in good condition, and notify CHM of any issues
found in the Conference hall.
