Abstract

Automation or automatic control is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as
machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens. The biggest benefit of automation is that it saves
labour, save energy, materials and to improve quality, accuracy and precision. This paper consist of a brief overview of
process optimisation practices in industries and implementation of automation. This research paper focused conceptual
design of Chemlock machine for rubber bushes.
