This paper aims at designing a car wheel rim with two different numbers of spokes and then importing it toANSYS. Theproperties of forged steel and aluminum alloy would be then applied on the design in ANSYS. Analysis forboth materials would be detailed and then the better material to be used would be taken. Later this would be also donefor testing strengths of the wheel rims of six spoke and five spoke using different loads, the result would be comparedand conclusion drawn
