Construction bidding is the process of submitting a tender to undertake, or manage the undertaking of aconstruction project. The process starts with a cost estimate from blueprints and material take offs. In constructionbidding time there are many factors affecting and influences. This scenario is highly relevant to the specific project andconstruction environment. It is very difficult to the applied on short term projects by construction management team.This paper understands about bidding, factors affecting in construction bidding strategy, advantages of bidding, pricingstrategies in bidding and process of bidding in construction industry.
