The technology of pneumatics plays a major role in the field of automation and modern machine shops andspace robots. The aim is to design and develop a control system based intelligent electronically controlled automotivebumper activation is called PNEUMATIC BUMPER SYSTEM FOR FOUR WHEELER USING TWO CYLINDER. Thisproject consists of Ultra-sonic sensor module, Control Unit, Pneumatic bumper system. The Ultra-sonic sensor sensesthe obstacle. If there is any obstacle closer to the vehicle (within 90cm), the control signal is given to the control unit andpneumatic bumper simultaneously. The pneumatic bumper comes forward. Bumper system is provided for protection ofvehicle engine and damage of the vehicle
