Industrial relationship is concerned with the interaction between employer & employees and theirrespective organizations. The interaction takes place at various levels as between an individual employee and his/heremployer or workplace between a group of employees or a trade union and an individual employer. This paper dealswith the study of relationship between the employers and the employees.It provide the employers and workers and theirorganizations resolve their disputes through conciliation and arbitration and where necessary provide recourse tospecialised labour courts. To support the establishment or revitalization of voluntary, free-of-charge and expeditiousmechanisms for labour disputes settlement and also reduce the systemic need for social partners to resort to adjudicativeprocesses.
