The MANET stands for Mobile ad-hocnetworks, as per user requirements it will connect ordisconnect from network. The MANET is creatingdynamic topology without any kind of centralizedadministration. The suitable routing protocol iscrucial for improved communication in MANET. InMANET basically two types of routing protocolsworks for data transfer, the first one is reactiverouting protocol and another one is proactive routingprotocol. The MANET is work on open environmentdue to this reduce the routing protocol performancebecause the performance is effected by the maliciousnode. Malicious node either directly or indirectlyaffect to the network or routing performance. Invarious kind of attack happen on MANETenvironment like, Black hole attack, Denial of Serviceattack, eavesdropping, Sybil attack etc.
