The aim of paper is to analyze & study how thewaste plastic will be effectively utilized in construction ofpavement as a binder material for replacing the content ofbitumen and in detail process & its successful application Inan Indian city solid waste management is the thrust area. Ofthis various waste materials, plastic waste and municipal solidwaste are of great concern. On the other side, the road traffic isincreasing, traffic intensity is increasing. The load bearingcapacities of the road are to be increased. Plastic waste can beused as a coating over aggregate and this coated stone can beused for road construction. The mix polymer coated aggregatehave shown higher strength. Use of this mix for roadconstruction helps to use plastics waste. Once the plastic wasteis separated from municipal solid waste, the organic mattercan be converted to use
