A Hydro-pneumatic press is a press machine utilizing both air and water in its operation and gives higheroutlet hydraulic pressure with lower inlet pneumatic pressure. Two actuators are used in the press from which one is forvertical pressing and other is for horizontal pressing or fixing of the work piece. These two actuators are controlled bythe direction control valves(DCV).It includes the concept development, design, analysis, sustainability and costing ofpress machine. Various parts of the press are modelled by using SOLIDWORKS software. Structural analysis has beenapplied on the parts of press machine by using analyzing software SOLIDWORKS. The estimation of the cost of thispress is 2202.82 USD
