Indian citizens and business have been hitseverely by the economic slump. To recover speedily andtackle long-term challenges, we must unleash Indianspotential. But Indian youth unemployment’s soaring andits share of low-qualified people, who have fewer chancesto develop their skill the other, is high .To inform thedesign of employment policies, We identify and anticipatefuture skill needs and potential skill mismatches Itprovides high quality evidence on trends in the labourmarket and skill needs by producing regular skill supplyand demand forecasts for India and analyzing thepotential labour market mismatches and imbalances. Wealso investigate skill and competence needs in selectedsectors and has collected it’s own Indian data on skillsand jobs in India this project is a web interface which willanalysis the futures the market need and provide traningto Indian citizens
